TÜV SÜD China held seminar on wind turbine, blade and component certification

TÜV SÜD held a seminar about wind turbine, blade and component certification service in Beijing, on 31 March 2010. Certain domestic well-known wind turbine, blade and component manufacturers participated the seminar and made it into a valuable event.

The main part of the seminar included: wind turbine certificate and testing, blade certificate and testing, the safety of control system, generator testing, transformer, rectifier and convertor certificate and testing, etc.

During the seminar, TÜV SÜD has invited China electric power research institute, renewable energy department deputy Chief engineer Mr. QIN shiyao who made the presentation about wind turbine testing. The presentation included a lot of the latest wind turbine testing technology and development trend, such as Low voltage through (LVRT).
