TÜV SÜD China held VDA 6.2 seminar successfully

On the afternoon of July 6, 2011, TÜV SÜD China together with Hong Kong Productivity Council, Shenzhen Automotive Repair Industry Association, Shenzhen and Hong Kong Productivity Foundation, as well as Hong Kong Automobile Association held "International Auto Service Industry Operating Standards Seminar” in Shenzhen. Totally 130 attended the seminar, including leading authorities in the industry, experts in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, senior representatives from VDA-QMC and members of Automotive Repair Industry Association. The activity was organized to learn the international automobile service standards, improve car services and operation performances in Shenzhen, and meanwhile help to improve the overall capability of the industry.
Some experts were specially invited to give speech. Mr. Robert Frank, General Manager of Germany VDA-QMC China, introduced the best practices and the prospect of VDA6.2 in China; Mr. Cai Zhiyong, TÜV SÜD China VDA project manager, explained how to improve the quality of automotive service management system VDA6.2; Mr. Zhou Hanrong, Manufacturing Technology Advisor from Hong Kong Productivity Council gave deep analysis on how to upgrade the professionalism level of Shenzhen car services with reference to VDA 6.2 standards. In addition, Mr. Li Yaopei, head of Library Company of Hong Kong Cool Cars and Mr. Yang Weilin, Chairman of U-Auto parts (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. were invited to share the results of the standards implementation.

The whole activity was conducted successfully with wonderful speeches and rich experiences shared by guests. It’s a good start for future implementation of VDA6.2 in Shenzhen.

Mr. Jan Sun, vice president of TÜV SÜD Greater China, and Mr. Zhou Jianyong, manager of Management Services Department of South region, TÜV SÜD China, attended this activity as TÜV SÜD representatives. They promised to provide rigorous customer services continuously, and help the industry to improve constantly, share the latest international information and management mode with domestic companies, as well as assist the enterprises in China to grow stronger.
