Unit Quality Management Representative(QMR)质量管理代表(商贸及电子部)

Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of the QMS following the requirements as lined out in the Quality Management Manual of TÜV SÜD Greater China, and the relevant quality documentation of other companies within TÜV SÜD Group as applicable to the business in his/her designated unit
- Determines the effectiveness of the QMS
- Determines whether proposed policies and practices meet the requirements of the ISO 9001(/ISO 17025) standard, are suitable for meeting the company's needs, are being properly implemented and causes of noncompliance are effectively corrected
- Reports to the responsible Manager of his/her designated unit, the Senior Management of the applicable office/location/region and the QMR GCN on the performance of the company's QMS and all quality related matters
- Identifies and manages programs for improvement in the QMS to the responsible Manager of his/her designated unit, the Senior Management of the applicable office/location/region and the QMR GCN
- Implements and initiates employee introduction and training in the QMS and ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements
- Coordinates and is present during internal or external audit and acknowledges any discrepancies found during external audit
- Coordinates and ensures that corrective and preventive actions found during internal and external audits are taken
- Assists the responsible Regional or Office QMR in conducting the Quality Management Review in the applicable office/location/region
- Acts as a focal point for his/her designated unit of TÜV SÜD Greater China on all quality related issues
- Is the main contact person to coordinate with QMR GCN on external certification body on all quality matters
- Instructs the responsible personnel to take immediate corrective and preventive action whenever the QMS is not being effectively implemented
- Maintains and upgrades the company's QMS in regard to his/her designated unit
- Tracks and monitors operational KPIs that affect the QMS
- Updates any relevant records such as internal and external audit records, monthly customer feedback/complaints/ compliments, implemented CAPA and other relevant information that affects the QMS and report these on regular basis to the QMR GCN
- Recommends and advises the responsible Manager of his/her designated unit, the Senior Management of the applicable office/location/region and co-ordinate closely with the QMR GCN on all quality management system related matters
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager, Managing Director of the applicable office/location/region
Qualifications:
- University/college degree required
- With at least 1(/2) year(s) of Auditing / quality management exposure, and technical experience
- Is familiar with implementation of ISO 17025
